The Colosseum Sports Resort, an innovative multi-sports and recreation complex redefining upscale indoor and outdoor sports facilities, will be opening in Stafford County, Virginia 2028-2029. Located in Virginia, The Colosseum Sports Resort will combine state-of-the-art sports venues, upscale dining, retail outlets, health and wellness services, and premium hospitality to create an unparalleled guest experience.
Partnership Opportunity
The Colosseum Sports Resort represents a significant investment of $350 million. We are currently designing and constructing a combined 250,000 square feet of indoor athletic spaces, along with a four-star hotel and a 100,000 square foot retail and services area.
