We’re excited to announce that The Colosseum Sports Resort is now seeking investors for a groundbreaking development project with an estimated cost of $140 million.

We are currently finalizing agreements with investors who are ready to be part of this transformative venture. The general investment range is from $500,000 to $5,000,000 per investor. However, to prioritize local ownership, members of the Stafford community and surrounding areas can invest with a lower minimum of $50,000.

Each investor will receive an 8% fixed annual return starting from day one, continuing until construction begins. Once operational, the resort is projected to generate a 62% gross annual return.

The Colosseum Sports Resort employs a multi-stream revenue model, ensuring a balanced and sustainable financial structure. Revenue is generated through:

• Memberships, Tournaments and Events: Providing steady cash flow from memberships and tournament fees.

• Retail, Dining and Profit Sharing: Significant revenue drivers, leveraging the growing demand for wellness and lifestyle products.

• Hotel Operations and Valet Parking: Serving event attendees and tourists, ensuring consistent income from accommodations.

• n-house Hedge Fund Management: Investment of the revenues generated from Colosseum operational sources which ensures sustainable liquidity and added higher return rate for investors.
